Thursday's good



Here's a breakdown of my meals yesterday via www.selfdietclub.com. I stayed on track for my calories, even though I had a few slip ups in the marshmallow department. I also missed the gym yesterday due to a migraine.

Today I woke up and lost one pound! Yahoo for me:-) Every pound is a struggle. I don't know how well I'll do for dinner tonight, I'm really craving Ruby Tuesdays. Let's hope it stays off for good!

Wow Risa I know just how hard to is to cut back and I am going over to check out that site you are using... Congrats on the 1 pound though... You are so beautiful it is hard to believe your dieting... BUT once I was small too and should have kept a better handle on it so YOU GO GIRL... Have a fun filled day...

You are way to good! I ate enchiladas again. Shame on me!I'm 35 but my metabolism must still be high. I've weighed the same for years. Although, I am not in shape at all. I really need to exersize in a bad way. I just had my cholesterol checked and I'm anxious to get back the results. I might be eating alot more pitas instead of enchiladas! Good luck on your weight loss, but you probably don't need to lose one pound! Kristen
